1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of our services (customized marketing strategies, consultations, and digital campaigns), all payments made to DigiX Media are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

However, in the event of a proven failure to deliver agreed-upon deliverables, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion.


2. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, templates, or training content) are final and non-refundable unless:

  • The file is corrupted and unusable.

  • The product was not delivered as described.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase, along with a valid reason and proof of issue.


3. Project Cancellations

If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.

If work has already begun, no refunds will be provided.


4. Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their bank or payment provider.
